Vyxor (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. By using Vyxor, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Account information: Your email address and password (stored hashed) when you create an account.
- Trade data:Trade entries you log including instrument, date, P&L, and any notes you add.
- Journal entries: Daily journal notes, psychological tags, trade grades, and emotion data you enter.
- Usage data: Basic usage analytics to help us improve the product (pages visited, features used).
- Payment information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Vyxor service.
- To generate AI-powered weekly insights based on your trade data.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts).
- To improve and develop the product using aggregated, anonymised usage data.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 and TLS). Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share limited data with the following trusted third-party service providers, solely to operate the service:
- Supabase — database and authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — used to generate AI insights from your anonymised trade summaries.
Each provider has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements in place.
5. Cookies
Vyxor uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Service.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Deletion: Request that we delete your account and all associated data.
- Export: Request an export of your trade and journal data in a portable format.
- Correction: Request that we correct any inaccurate personal data.

7. GDPR Compliance
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing. Our lawful basis for processing your data is the performance of a contract (your subscription) and legitimate interests (product improvement). 8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance reasons (e.g. billing records).
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
