We want you to be happy with Vyxor. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. Refund requests made after 7 days from the charge date will not be eligible.
Free Trial
Vyxor offers a 7-day free trial. A card is required upfront so your subscription can continue automatically after the trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before day 7. Free trial periods are not covered by this refund policy as no payment is taken during the trial.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@vyxor.in within 7 days of your charge.
- Include the email address associated with your Vyxor account.
- Briefly let us know why you’d like a refund (optional, but helpful).
We will confirm your refund request within 1 business day.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Renewals
Refunds do not apply to subscription renewals (subsequent monthly or annual charges after the first payment). If you wish to avoid being charged on renewal, please cancel your subscription from your account settings before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access to Vyxor Pro will continue until the end of your current billing period.
