1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vyxor (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Vyxor is an independent service.

2. Description of Service

Vyxor is a trade journaling and self-reflection platform designed to help traders log their trades, track patterns, and review their performance over time. Vyxor is an educational and organisational tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals of any kind.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not share your account with any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

Vyxor offers a paid subscription plan (“Pro”). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected). Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of your first charge. To request a refund, email us at hello@vyxor.in within 7 days of being charged. Refunds will not be issued after this period. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than your own personal trade journaling.

7. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

Vyxor is a journaling and self-reflection tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. We do not recommend any securities, instruments, or trading strategies. Any trading decisions you make are solely your own responsibility. Past performance recorded in your journal does not indicate or guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyxor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the user’s jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the user’s jurisdiction.
